COALITION are looking for a Principal Consultant to head up our Biopharmaceutical Practice. This individual will work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide effective support for the best results. The ideal candidate should persuade potential clients to fully adopt COALITION's innovative methods. As a start-up offering specialized assistance, it is crucial for our clients to truly benefit from our services. This will help us achieve our goal of driving significant, positive changes in the industry quickly and efficiently.

Although candidates with prior consulting experience are preferred, we also encourage applications from those who have held senior roles in the Biopharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delighting existing clients and winning over new ones. Furthermore, they must show they can lead and develop a team of top-notch consultants dedicated to achieving COALITION's mission.

This Principal Consultant position requires an entrepreneurial approach from a candidate with deep Biopharmaceutical subject matter expertise. This role provides an almost limitless opportunity to establish and lead a team and experience an extremely rewarding career trajectory.

As the Principal Consultant, you will:

Focus on establishing and growing COALITION’s presence and reputation within the Biopharmaceutical industry.
Work in close partnership with other Consultants to strategically secure and grow client accounts.
Use deep subject-matter expertise, whilst living and breathing COALITION’s approach to produce superior project outcomes.
Support further development of COALITION’s unique proposition to the Biopharmaceutical industry and across other highly regulated industries.
Recruit, develop, motivate, coach and serve as a role model for other consultants within the Biopharmaceutical practice and across the rest of COALITION.
Drive profitability at the project and practice level.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of operating at a leadership level within the Biopharmaceutical industry, preferably with at least some time spent within a leading healthcare consulting firm. They will have an established network within the Biopharmaceutical sector. Further experience / characteristics; the ideal candidate will:

Be an expert-level listener.
Hold executive-level presence and communication.
Be comfortable working with and leading groups, as well as sensitivity to the individual, group, and organizational dynamics.

Have demonstrated success building and leading teams.
A strong biopharmaceutical background with an understanding of drug delivery device development processes.
